MISSION: The mission of the Spartacats Girls Hockey Program is to promote the growth and development of girls’ hockey in fun, fair, and safe environment.

PURPOSE: The intent of the Spartacats Girls Hockey Program is to provide a competitive program that provides girls the opportunity to play at the appropriate level.

IDENTITY: The Eagan/Inver Grove Heights/South St Paul girls hockey cooperative shall be formally named Spartacats Girls Hockey Program, which is comprised of Eagan Hockey Association (EHA) and Inver Grove Heights Hockey Association (IGHHA) and South Saint Paul Youth Hockey Association  (SSPYHA).

MEMBERSHIP LOCATION:
The home associations will be defined by the MN Hockey Affiliate agreement. Currently, boundaries are defined by the school districts forming the two associations:
● Eagan Hockey Association
● Inver Grove Heights Hockey Association
● South Saint Paul Youth Hockey Association\
